Make Appointment Scheduling Simpler with AdFin
For a service-based business, an appointment is more than just a date and time on a calendar. There is a customer to manage, an employee to assign, a service or meeting to complete, and often an invoice to raise afterward.
When each part of the process is managed on its own, keeping up with even a basic appointment can take more time than it should.
AdFin’s Appointment Management brings these steps together, helping businesses schedule appointments, manage availability, track progress, and connect appointments with billing from one place.
Create Appointments With Ease
Creating an appointment in AdFin requires only the essential customer details, including name, phone number, email, and purpose of the appointment. If a particular employee needs to handle it, the owner can select them from the employee list while creating the appointment.
There is also an option for customers to book appointments themselves.
When each part of the process is managed on its own, keeping up with even a basic appointment can take more time than it should. This can make the booking process easier without requiring the business to manually enter every appointment.
Stay on Top of Your Schedule
Sometimes you only need to see today's appointments. Other times, you may want to plan for the next couple of weeks.
AdFin lets you view appointments based on different periods, including Today, Next 7 Days, Next 15 Days, and Custom.
So whether you're checking the day's schedule or planning ahead, you can quickly find the appointments you need without going through every booking individually.
Track What Happens After a Booking
An appointment doesn't always go exactly as planned. As the appointment moves through the process, its status can be changed to match the current stage.
Appointments can be marked as Upcoming, In Progress, Rescheduled, Converted, or Cancelled.
An appointment can remain Upcoming until the customer arrives. Once the service or meeting begins, it can be moved to In Progress. If plans change, you can mark it as Rescheduled or Cancelled. When the appointment results in a completed service or meeting, it can be marked as Converted.
This gives you a clearer picture of what's happening with your bookings at any point.
Connect Appointments With Billing
One of the key parts of AdFin's appointment workflow is its connection with invoicing.
Once you move the appointment into the In Progress stage, you can continue straight to the invoicing process from there.
You can click Add New Bill and keep the invoice in the queue while the service or meeting is being completed.
Once the service is finished, simply select the relevant invoice from the queue and complete the billing process.
The workflow becomes straightforward:
Appointment → In Progress → Invoice Queue → Service Completed → Invoice
For businesses where appointments regularly lead to payments, keeping these steps connected can make day-to-day operations much easier.
Set Your Availability and Holidays
Your appointment schedule should reflect when your business is actually open.
With AdFin's Holiday and Weekly Availability section, business owners can set their regular working days and available hours. These can be edited whenever the schedule changes.
You can also add holidays so that customers cannot create appointments on days when the business is closed.
Understand Your Appointment Activity
Managing appointments is one thing. But keeping track of the outcome of those appointments matters just as much.
Through AdFin's Reports section, you can view scheduled, converted, and cancelled appointments based on the timeline you choose.
This gives you a simple way to look at appointment activity over time and understand how many bookings are actually turning into completed business.
One Connected Appointment Workflow
Appointment management works best when it fits naturally into the rest of your business operations.
With AdFin, you can create appointments, allow customers to book through a shared URL, assign employees, manage availability, block holidays, update appointment statuses, connect appointments with invoices, and review appointment activity through reports.
An appointment is more than a booking on your calendar. With AdFin, it can become a connected part of the journey from customer booking to completed service and billing.
