More Stores, More Complexity? How AdFin Makes Multi-Store Management Easier
Managing multiple stores can quickly become complicated when employees, store details, reports, and daily operations are spread across different places. AdFin's Store Management feature helps businesses create multiple stores, assign employees, switch between locations, and manage each branch from one system.

More Stores, More Chaos? Here’s How AdFin Keeps Your Business Organised
When you open a second store, you know your business is heading in the right direction. Then comes the third one, and suddenly the excitement of expansion is accompanied by a different question: how do you keep everything organised?
With every new location, there is more to keep track of. Store addresses, contact details, employees, sales, reports, and what is currently happening at each branch can quickly become difficult to manage. At first, you may handle it with a notebook or spreadsheet. But as the number of stores and employees grows, remembering everything—or constantly updating different files—can become another job in itself.
And that's the part of business growth nobody really wants.
You don't want managing your stores to become harder simply because your business is getting bigger. Your system should be able to keep pace with your growing business.
That's where AdFin's Store Management feature comes in.
Create Every Store in One Place
When you have multiple locations, keeping separate records for every store can make things unnecessarily complicated. AdFin gives you one place to create and manage them.
From Store Management, you can select Create Store and enter the basic information for your location. This includes the store name, address, city, state, postal code, phone number, and email address.
Once you've entered the details, click Create, and the new store is added to your system.
Whether you have two stores today or plan to add more in the future, you can create multiple stores and keep their information organised within AdFin.
Managing Your Stores Goes Beyond Creating Them
Here's something that can easily be overlooked when managing multiple locations: how do you actually work with each store once you've created them?
After all, creating three stores is useful only if you can easily move between them and see what's happening at each location.
AdFin makes that simple with its store-switching option.
You'll find the red store icon in the upper-right corner of the screen. Click on it, and you can choose the store you want to work with. Once you switch, you can work within that selected store and check its relevant information, ongoing activities, status, and reports.
So, instead of logging out, opening another account, or jumping between separate systems, you can switch from one store to another directly from AdFin.
For a business owner managing several branches, this can make a real difference. You can check one location, switch to another, review what's happening there, and move back whenever needed—all within the same system.
Who Works at Which Store?
Creating stores is one thing. Keeping track of the people working at each location is another.
Imagine you have three branches and fifteen employees. Not everyone works at the same location, and employees may move between stores as your business changes. If you're maintaining a separate list just for this, it can become difficult to keep updated.
AdFin makes the process more straightforward.
First, create your employees from the Employees section using the Add Employee option. Once your employee list is ready, go back to Store Management and open the store you want to manage.
You'll find a People section where you can select the employees associated with that particular store.
This way, your store and employee information stay connected instead of sitting in two completely separate places.
What If Your Store Details Change?
Store information isn't something you enter once and forget about.
Maybe the branch changes its phone number. Maybe the email address needs updating, or the store moves to a new address. These things happen as businesses grow and change.
With AdFin, you don't need to create another store just because some information has changed.
Simply open the existing store, edit the required details, and keep the information up to date.
When Your Business Grows, Your System Should Grow With It
The more your business expands, the more difficult it becomes to depend on memory, notebooks, and scattered spreadsheets.
That's why having a centralised system matters.
AdFin brings Store Management together with other business operations such as billing, inventory, employee management, expenses, and reports. Instead of jumping between different tools to manage different parts of the business, you can keep these activities within one system.
Managing multiple stores doesn't have to mean multiplying your workload.
With AdFin, you can create your stores, switch between locations, keep their information updated, connect employees to the right stores, and stay on top of what is happening across your business.
Because opening another store should feel like growth—not another headache.
